Catieo transport

 Our Heroine is ADHD. As such her day off involved moving a Catieo for the Queen of Dorks around 3pm. As such the Heroine had to spend her day in that area of the town. 

She had new sparkles added to her nails. Found a smoothy place with Mango Tajin as a flavor. Visited a clothing store. Found a boba store with peach tea and mango popping boba. And bought hangers for the Strawberry truckasaurus rex because the swim suit and towel spends more time in it and needs to hand. Also she acquired better swim goggles and swim hands. 

Still she made it back in time to Aquisize plus she did her 10 laps after. And she broke her own record for time for them 20 min. The goal is to get better at the 10 before adding more laps. This is a skill application she learned from the Master of cordiers. He once told the Heroine not to enter 12 entries into a largess competition, but instead make one dinomite entry. This logic can be applied to any skill. And is something ADHD folks have a challenge with. 

However because the goal of 10 is just short enough that as the boredom of repetition sets in the task is over. 

Our Heroine did not eat enough salt today so at the end of laps she was in rough shape and had to quickly remedy the salt issues. 

All is all not a bad day though.

Miles of swimming

 Our Heroine is working out in the pool and now swimming everday. Her goal is to do laps everyday that she is home. 37.25 laps 1 mile. 

Our Heroine has been good and has done 10 laps on everday she didn't work out. This means 4 days so far. Some days it was hard for our Heroine to make herself go. However our Heroine has 2 people to answer to... One is her 8 year old self and the other is her 80 year old self. If she intends to live into her 90's them this is a gate way.

Today our Heroine has passed her first mile by hitting 40 laps. 

Yay!
