Day 10 through day 14
Our Heroine did her daily work outs and every other days walk on the beach.
Cuz Julz,and Art Pixie came home for the weekend.
As such the Tean of mass destruction was happy and sad. She has big emotions. Sat the two youths spent with their bio faternal unit. As such The Heroine and Julz did shopping and a large Calzone.
This is a tradition. We order one large calzone attempt to split it only eat half and take the rest home. It easily makes two meals for two people for 15 bucks. And it's delicious.
Sunday the Heroine had the morning to her self she worked out and hit the shore. The afternoon every one was back then the Teen of mass destruction has a skate party. Our Heroine retrieved the Teen at the end. This is the skating rink that Our Heroine attended as a child and teenager herself. Talk about a flashback.
The Heroine has still been working out and is tied everyday. Some days it is 400 pulls on the rowing machine, and walking, others is the 100 crunches
On the machine and walking today was faster walking and pull downs to work on triceps.
