We find our heroine in The state of overpopulation (NJ). As she oversees a teen of mass destruction.
During the day the heroine is left to her own devices. As such, she has taken up walking, increasing amounts everyday at a higher percentage of incline. Making sure nutrition for the teen of mass destruction that will satisfy upon her release from educational detention facility.
Our heroine also finds herself being the fixer of sewing machines, and company keeper of teen, while teen is forced to do hard labor of cleaning up after self.
If teen fulfills assigned mission Heroine will reward her with trip to store of fabric and crafts.
Each goal had different rewards attached and punishment for bad behavior can delay such things but will not be taken away or threatened to be taken for anything they are directly earned for mission. Separating behaviors and incidents of breaches in behavior agreements is challenging.
Even on days when the skies throw water, our heroine has taken the time to walk the beach. (See jar of Sea fairy finds)
Our heroine must find herself a Subbrett hot dog.
Extra goal added, one load of laundry started, dried, folded, put away a day. (Not likely the last 2 steps. 😆
Day 1 arrive eat pizza
Day 2 eat bagel walk 1 mile do Pilates class. Dinner- corned beef with sauerkraut, potatoes & carrots
Day 3 walk 2 mile 1% incline, water aerobics. Swim 1 lap. Dinner- meat loaf, salad, & smashed potatoes Trip to craft store.
