As the World Burns Return of the Heroine 2024

After a long absence our Heroine has returned with renewed energy or at least lots of access to caffeine. 

She is working on sorting and cleaning and eliminating her personal possessions, She is working on organizing her research so outsiders can tell where her facts on historic games came from. She is organizing her financial papers so she van divorce the not the "gallant" Bard. And also she is working on building a clientele for her organizing business. as well as preparing for her Dearest Daughter and her Son in law to move back from the North west. In the broad range of what is happening in her life.

 In the local day to day , We find our Heroine today getting her hair done so she looks nice to take her dearest roommate the SideWitch out for a birthday dinner. The Mighty Wizard of Aim, and the Bard formally known as gallant will be joining for a mini party of friends for this quest as well. 

while getting ready our heroine is also cutting out Veggie ivory dice and carving wooded game pawn pieces for the game of goose and might even get a game board stamped. 

Simultaneously she is printing out historic boar examples of Gluckhaus and historic mention of Dominoes.

over the next few weeks the Heroine shall bring ya"ll up to speed on all the changes and Characters who have passed from our story.

"As the World Burns" 100% Episode 51

This week we find our Heroine getting back to clearing our of thing while pursuing better. 

In her spare time our Heroine watches Ted talks. She found herself in a loop of. Organizers and minimalist movement videos. She remembered her promise to herself that only things she loved and were useful would decorate her home.  

She and the Gallant Bard had just make a run to the unit of holding, to hold some stuff for 4Bit's family's move back to the prairie. While at the Unit The Heroine and Gallant Bard Hauled the 2 sewing table home. These were set up in the dining room so that the folding table could go back to being folded and stored for fair use. 

This combined with the Ted talks made our Heroine realize she doesn't need more then 3 sewing machines and 2 sergers in the house. To witt she has made arrangements for her 2 children to get machines

 Concurrently the Gallant Bard,  after a short jaunt to the Northern lands, is headed south to Hot Springs, through the land of Rocks that Are Little, where Brad lives. The Heroine made the Gallant Bard pack and bring a sewing machine.  Grandmere', Momma Joyce, and Grand Pa Bill, will get to hang with the Bard while he is on walk about.

Our Heroine mean while has purged 4 boxes to the Goodwill, a large bag to a second chance shoe charity, cooked up a double batch of Cuban Black beans, dropped the lost and found off at the barony storage unit, and has dropped off for recycle ♻ a 55 gal bag of bags. And then is preparing to go out with the Great Wizard of Aim to see the 3 P's play at a Winery as a great reward, However will she survive all cold weather, perhaps she shall have some wine🍷?

As the World Burns "The Gallant Bard's Birthday" Ep. 41

This episode we find the Gallant Bard celebrating the anniversary of him riding the space ship earth around the sun. As such He got to pick the days activities. It started with Bacon, & Eggs with tomatoes and onions. Then he and the Heroine headed out on an adventure to the land of Joann's to pick up some future garb trappings or insulation for the house depending on how long it sits. A long the way they had lunch at Latawata Creek. The Gallant Bard enjoyed this so much he almost licked his plate. (Don't go there if you are on a diet they have nothing safe). They found a gift for the Bard's Bro Rick for Christmas. after getting home and starting cutting they realized they must hunt and find the facing for the inter. while searching they emptied a shelving unit in to the fabric dresser that the The Great Wizard Of Aim, help clear a spot for and put into the bedroom sewing room. Clearing a shelving unit to go to the basement laundry room that just got clean this week thanks to the Heroine and the Princess. They didnt find any Facing for the Inter so off the the Mart of Wall they toodled. There they found a Gift for the Locks of Dread so Two people are now already bought for for the Holiday of the Son. Return home they did again and the Heroine finished cutting out fabric then they Both made diner for the House hold. Chosen meal chicken cutlets (using almond flour seasoned with Italian dressing mix for the breading) carrot fries and sugar snap peas. Tomorrow when The Gallant Bard gets up before the Heroine he will iron the interfacing to his garb pieces and the Linen for The Gallant Bard's Best Friend the Taylorville Time Lord's Garb, Because the Heroine doesn't iron. He will also buy a iron because we they lost theirs in the house fire and only have a small travel iron.
